Henry and Jen, The Arches, Halifax - July 2017
Jen and Henry's wedding has been on my list to blog for some time now, but time just flies. Anyway here are a few images and a video of their beautiful wedding last year.
The wedding was held at The Arches in Halifax, and I was so pleased to have been asked to do the flowers for them. I have some beautiful images sent to me by Tea4Two Films but sit back and watch a video of that gorgeous day.
It still makes me shed a tear when I watch it....and so different from the wedding video of my wedding day. I love all the glimpse in to the whole day to replay, all the best moments. Which has just made me think, I wonder if I could edit my video to create something?...anyway moving on....
Jane and I created a hanging backdrop for the ceremony area. All Yorkshire grown flowers and foliage on a expertly put in to place thanks to Jane's rope skills at creating a pulley system.
Jen requested a larger wide bouquet style, full of Yorkshire flowers in white, pinks and blush. Achieved with Dahlias, roses, honeysuckle, cosmos, snapdragons, scabious, and hypericum berries to name a few.
If you would like British flowers for your wedding then please do get in touch.
